To table reservations and other services offered by Steak Trezor the Provider’s General Terms and Conditions apply. In all matters not discussed in these reservation terms and conditions, the General Terms and Conditions of the Provider shall apply, that can be found at:

3. The procedure of successful table reservation
3.1.
Tables can be reserved at Steak Trezor personally at the business premises, using the electronic reservation system, via email or phone. Successful reservation requires an identifier given by the Guest (e.g. personal name or company name), contact information suitable for managing reservation details (e.g. phone number or email address), the reservation party size, time and date.
3.2.
Table reservation is deemed successful after the Provider confirms the reservation intent submitted by the Guest. Confirmation can happen orally – in the case of personal or phone reservations – or in writing. Written confirmation is sent by the Provider to the email address provided by the Guest in the submitted reservation. Written confirmations include the reservation details recorded by the Provider.
3.3.
In case the confirmation fails – due to inaccurate data provided by the Guest or due to system error – the reservation shall not be considered successful. The Provider does not take responsibility for consequences deriving from such failed reservations.
In order to avoid inconveniences we kindly ask our Guests to check whether their reservation has been confirmed at least one day prior to their planned arrival.
3.4.
The Provider offers the possibility to modify already submitted reservations, however the modifications are not guaranteed to be performable – modifications to date, time and party size depend on table availability.
4. Data management
4.1.
Data processing related to table reservations takes place conforming to the Provider’s Data Management and Data Protection policy, of which a Privacy Notice can be found at the following address: https://steaktrezor.hu/GDPR-EN
4.2.
The Provider does not verify the accuracy and appropriateness of provided data. Provision of data appropriate, necessary and sufficient for successful reservation is the Guest’s responsibility. Providing personal data appropriate for personal identification is not required for successful reservation.
4.3.
The basis for data processing related to table reservations is the Guest’s consent, that the Guest provides by providing the data and by explicitly accepting the Privacy Notice. The purpose of this data processing is to provide the Provider’s services according to the guest’s preferences.
